**ROLE**
- This position will be assisting to lead and manage the leasing team

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Marketing and leasing of commercial properties under the managed portfolio of properties
- Recommending and negotiating lease terms as well as managing all leasing activities
- Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
- Identifying global and local market trends, key insights and marketing tools to lease out commercial spaces
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy costs
- Building and establishing good relationships and cultivating strong network with prospects and partners
- Planning of / consulting on AEI retail projects and carrying out feasibility studies for new developments or other projects
- Preparing management reports, summary and updates for monthly meeting
- Any other roles / duties as assigned whenever required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing
- Good understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
- Strong presentation and effective interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of retail concepts, trade mix planning, shopping mall leasing procedures and understanding of commercial property operations
- Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiating skills
- Possesses positive work attitude, drive and resillence to meet job challenges
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Possesses a CEA Salesperson Licence
