As part of their ongoing transformation and optimisation efforts, they are seeking a seasoned **Head of Leasing**to drive portfolio performance through strategic leasing, tenant curation, and leadership of the leasing team.

This is a senior leadership role with significant influence over asset performance, revenue generation, and long-term positioning of commercial spaces across Singapore and the region.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the overall leasing strategy and execution across a portfolio of commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties.
- Manage and mentor a team of leasing professionals across different asset classes.
- Develop data-driven leasing plans to optimise occupancy, rental income, and tenant retention.
- Oversee negotiations for new leases, renewals, and reconfigurations, ensuring terms align with business objectives.
- Define and evolve the tenancy mix strategy based on market insights, consumer trends, and property positioning.
- Monitor competitor activity and market benchmarks to support pricing and leasing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with asset management, marketing, and development teams to align leasing with broader business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key tenants, leasing agents, and business partners.Prepare and track leasing budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards for reporting to management.
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum **10 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing**, with a solid track record in asset performance and team leadership.
- Strong background in lease structuring, market positioning, and tenant negotiations.
