Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for lease renewals negotiation, lease agreements, and other leasing duties
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Plan and implement business plans, budget, and rental strategies
- Formulating and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial portfolio.
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing-related matters
- Managing tenancy-related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports, and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
- Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenant prospects; identifying market segments and providing lease management support.
- Support Manager in preparing the annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, and Marketing.
- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and effective interpersonal skills.
