Our client, a private equity is recruiting a Leasing Manager for an integrated mall that is centrally located that offers a plethora of services.

Reports to the Asset Management Director, you will be responsible for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the shopping mall, include inter-alia the following:

- Support the Asset Management Director and Centre Manager in retail planning which includes trade/tenant mix review and planning

Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and negotiation on new leases and renewals.
- Preparation and tracking of lease documentation and marketing kits.
- Responsible for operating the various systems and tools in tenant sales and lease performance monitoring, rental analysis and forecasting, management reporting.
- Processes a strong analytical skillset on dissecting data and sales performances of the mall.
- Conduct market research on new trends
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.
- Responsible for handing and following up with tenants and vendor on the monthly GTO sales via our portal and POS system
- Assist in fine tuning the related lease management systems eg Lease Management Analytics System and Point of Sales System
- Support feasibility studies and formulation of new innovative retail formats and curated concepts
- Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/sales documents in an orderly manner
- To carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in shopping mall
- Proven track record in retail leasing with good network of tenants and contacts
- Good written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation and numeracy skills
- Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft software such as excel and powerpoint
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
- Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
