Job Title:

Senior Executive, Lease Administration


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our Lease Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing letters of offer for new and renewal leases, as well as conducting business profile searches for prospects and tenants.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Letters of Offer for new and renewal of Leases and Licences
  • Prepare documents for Variation to Letters of Offer / Agreements, Novation, Pre-Termination etc.
  • Conduct Business Profile Search for prospects and tenants
  • Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & maintain an efficient and effective document system
  • Responsible for all internal/external audit check compliance for the Department
  • Keep track and process all lease related matters
  • Maintain and update in-house system with lease information for billing purposes
  • Handle POS integration related matters

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a major commercial landlord
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Landlord/Tenant obligations in commercial terms
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team-player with excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-driven with a desire for knowledge and a positive attitude
  • Keen eye for details, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
  • Good command of written and spoken English
