About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and tracking lease documents, liaising with parties such as lawyers and IRAS, and ensuring that billing and financial transactions are followed up timely.

  • Preparation and tracking of lease documents and licences.
  • Keeping accurate records of lease agreements, correspondences and other related documents.
  • Liaising with various parties on lease related matters.

As a Lease Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' relationships and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  1. Preparing and tracking lease documents and licences.
  2. Keeping accurate records of lease agreements, correspondences and other related documents.
  3. Liaising with various parties on lease related matters.
  4. Ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or above in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leasing administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
