  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Leasing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies that maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with property management teams, tenants, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify leasing opportunities and prospective tenants that align with the positioning and target market of each mall.
  • Develop relationships with local and national retailers, brands, and businesses.
  • Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and events.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
  • Strong understanding of leasing principles, market dynamics, and negotiation strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements and achieving leasing targets.
