Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves teaching and caring for young children, planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, and be able to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement lesson plans and activities that promote the holistic development of children.
  • Foster creativity, social-emotional growth, language, numeracy, and motor skills in children.
  • Provide routine care such as feeding, toileting, and ensuring children's health, hygiene, and safety.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress and milestones.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • ECDA Certified - Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
  • LON - EY2
  • A caring individual with a genuine interest in teaching young children.
