Transformation Officer Role

This role plays a key part in driving transformation initiatives across the organization, enhancing effectiveness and service delivery.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data on ongoing transformation projects to track progress and alignment with government goals.
  • Clean and interpret transformation data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Prepare and present regular progress updates to management, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Build relationships and coordinate with stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback.
  • Support change management by organizing activities, tracking adoption rates, and gathering user feedback.
  • Support staff communications, engagement, and training by developing EDMs, presentations, and resources.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and interpret different types of data.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with others.
