Job Overview

The implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system is underway. A key component of this transformation involves a change management program to support employees in adopting new systems and processes.

We are seeking a strong change management professional to support the planning, management, and execution of change management activities in partnership with external consultants.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about human-centered design and user experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with external consultants, internal process owners, and stakeholders to support the effective execution of the change management program.
  • Participate in business blueprint sessions to understand the change intent and business process impact, supporting the consultant in tracking issues and capturing feedback.
  • Review change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses prepared by the consultant, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Design and deliver targeted change communications to internal stakeholders, including digital content such as EDM mailers to raise awareness, drive engagement, and support adoption of the new ERP/EPM system.
  • Support stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization, translating technical changes into user-friendly communications and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of training materials where needed, including supporting process owners with logistics or content preparation.
  • Document the change methodology, key learning points, and best practices throughout the change journey for future reference and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic and tactical communication planning and execution skills.
  • Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in change management, preferably in a transformation or ERP-related context.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
