Transformation and Change Management Lead

This role involves driving organisational transformation by developing and implementing change management strategies. The successful candidate will lead various strategic projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Design and execute comprehensive project workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Develop engaging communication strategies, including storyboards and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
  • Lead information gathering sessions and synthesise findings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and impact analyses to support smooth transitions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
  • Strategy or management consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Healthcare sector knowledge and/or start-up experience is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A proven track record of delivering strategic projects and driving organisational change is essential for this role.
