Transforming communities through sports is a core mission of our organization.We're seeking a visionary leader to join our team in driving this change.About the RoleThe Change Manager will spearhead the transformation of our operations by implementing effective change management strategies.This role requires a unique blend of traditional change management skills, communication leadership, citizen engagement, and training program development to deliver exceptional user experience and service excellence.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives to drive behavioural change and foster strong, ongoing engagement with citizens.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the needs of our Transformation Project Office.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and tailor training curricula that support long-term operational excellence and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and change champion for leadership and frontline teams.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure alignment of transformation goals with organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Lead user journey mapping and develop intervention plans to close the gap in the user journey.
  • Craft clear, consistent, and engaging communication plans as Communication Lead for change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns to promote transparency and foster a culture of openness during transformation.
  • Develop and oversee training, competency and engagement programs to equip employees and partners with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use new technologies, tools, and processes introduced through the transformation journey.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication, training, and change activities through surveys, feedback, and adoption metrics.
  • Prioritize a user-centric approach in all change activities, ensuring the experience of employees, athletes, and citizens is at the forefront.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to change resistance, minimizing disruption to daily operations and service delivery.
