Sr Business Strategist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to drive transformational projects, leveraging expertise in data analysis and change management.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with experience in developing business requirements and driving process improvements.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to define strategic objectives, develop communication plans, and oversee project implementation.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring effective change management, managing multiple clients and workstreams, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement large-scale transformation projects, driving process automation and improvement.
  • Analyse complex data sets, perform root cause analysis, and develop clear business requirements.
  • Manage multiple clients and workstreams, ensuring effective change management and adoption.
  • Prepare communications, training materials, and operational readiness deliverables to support transitions.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, ensuring quality outcomes and smooth implementation.
  • Track and manage projects to required standards, ensuring timely delivery and sign-off of deliverables.
  • Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as SME to senior leaders and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
