Organisational Transformation Specialist

As a key member of our change management team, you will be instrumental in driving organisational transformation efforts across various departments. Your primary focus will be on gathering customer insights from diverse data points, analysing trends and patterns, and identifying solutions to transform services.

You will partner with stakeholders to formulate service policies, standards, and agreed service outcomes, monitor adoption levels, and measure success. A key aspect of this role is conducting audits, workshops, briefings to engage internal and external customers, and monitoring performance indicators on service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading service design and transformation initiatives
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Providing analytical support for business decisions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Background in Business, Social Sciences, Economics, or related discipline
  • Customer-centric persona with experience in applying behavioural insights, design thinking, journey mapping
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in research and analytical tools
  • Knowledge of AI tools an advantage
