Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Professional to drive organisational transformation and develop strategic initiatives across our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will lead various projects while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve our goals.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive project workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
  • Developing engaging communication strategies, including storyboards and stakeholder engagement frameworks
  • Leading information gathering sessions and synthesising findings to inform strategic decisions
  • Developing and evaluating business cases for transformation initiatives
  • Conducting change readiness assessments and impact analyses to support smooth transitions
  • Designing and delivering training programmes to facilitate organisational change
  • Analysing and recommending improvements to operating models
  • Creating and maintaining change management tools and frameworks
  • Building change management capabilities across the organisation

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or related field
  • Strategy or management consulting experience is advantageous
  • Healthcare sector knowledge and/or start-up experience is beneficial
  • Demonstrated structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
  • Excellence in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels
