Change Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a Change Enablement Specialist to join our Transformation Programme Office. This individual will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing effective change strategies that ensure the smooth transition of on-premise systems to evergreen cloud-based products.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional product teams to analyze our organization's needs and translate them into actionable plans. This will involve developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption roadmaps for transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft the Change Playbook - Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
  • Engage & Inspire - Build relationships with leaders and teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, key messages, and behavioural shifts
  • Design for Impact - Leverage change analytics to refine strategies, manage resistance, and ensure readiness for change
  • Communicate with Clarity - Plan and execute impactful communications and roadshows that bring transformation to life.
  • Enable Talent for the Future - Develop training, coaching, and capability-building programs to upskill teams for the new operating model.
  • Champion Workforce Transformation - Advise on talent strategies, culture shifts, and leadership engagement for large-scale change.
  • Collaborate Across Functions - Partner closely with Enterprise Architects, product teams, and programme leads to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years in Change Management or related fields (Talent, Org Development, Learning & Collaboration).
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI, ACMP) preferred.
  • Experience in public sector or large-scale transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of modernising legacy systems (mainframe to cloud/SaaS adoption).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and design-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work in agile, diverse, and tech-driven environments.
