This role is responsible for driving regional business execution, ensuring alignment with global teams, and promoting relationships with Workday's regional leaders and field teams in Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC). The successful candidate will build strong relationships with the Workday executive suite in JAPAC, business organization, and channel partners to ensure alignment with the Google Cloud executive team.
The ideal candidate will have experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. They will also have experience in one or more business applications, such as Workforce Management (WFM), Human Resource (HR), Enterprise Resource Planning, and industry verticals like Retail, Consumer Packaged, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Media and Entertainment, Telecommunications.
Responsibilities include identifying and scoping opportunities for new Workday deployments in additional regions on Google Cloud in JAPAC, owning the co-sell business number for JAPAC, developing and executing the JAPAC Go-To-Market plan, collaborating with marketing stakeholders, and building a plan that sources new leads/opportunities for Workday on Google Cloud.
