Job Title: Child Development Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in assessing and providing formal diagnoses of developmental conditions, conducting IQ tests, and providing psychology assessments for access arrangements.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess children with developmental needs and provide written reports detailing their strengths and challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive IQ tests to inform educational placement decisions.
  • Develop and implement behavioral interventions to support children's social and emotional development.
  • Provide parent training and education on topics such as play skills, communication strategies, and behavior management.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children with developmental needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
