About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Professional to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our hotels. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of front office operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Front Office Team: Manage and motivate the front office team to ensure seamless guest check-ins, room assignments, and other front office operations.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide personalized attention to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Manage Reservations: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
  • Certificate/NITEC Required: Possess a Professional Certificate or NITEC in any field.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, preferably with one additional spoken language.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills; proficiency in Opera and Marriott systems.
