Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our efforts in building and maintaining strong industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry partners.
  • Collaborate with directors to design and implement annual capstone projects for graduate students, fostering valuable learning experiences and industry connections.
  • Coordinate student interviews and onboarding processes with partner companies, ensuring seamless integration and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with directors to plan and coordinate global university rankings, elevating our institution's reputation and visibility.
  • Provide career guidance and mentorship to graduate students, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in business development, industry relationship management, and related areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Able to build trust and rapport with various levels of staff from industry and academia.
  • Bachelor's degree holder with at least 8 years' experience in related fields.
