**INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER**

Korn Ferry Academy is currently seeking an **Industry Partnerships Manager** to join the team. This is a full-time permanent position that will be based in **Singapore**.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Industry Partnerships Manager is a critical role in nurturing our partner ecosystem for the purpose of furthering Korn Ferry Academy’s vision and acts as a central point of contact and steward of this high-value asset.

Key Responsibilities include:
**Industry Partnerships and Engagement Strategy Development**
- Take the lead, in consultation with the Leadership Team, to strategize and map a focused approach to establishing critical industry links and partnership engagements to deliver competitive advantages to the Academy and its stakeholders
- Collaborate and mobilize a healthy ecosystem (including private companies, institutes of higher learning, government agencies, associations, tripartite partners, and program partners) to devise and support innovative opportunities and solutions that create positive systemic changes

**Industry Partnerships and Engagement Strategy Activation**
- Actively market, identify, onboard, and deepen our ecosystem of curated partners through strategic partnership and sustainable engagement programs
- Promote the value of our ecosystem and help business development efforts to drive adoption of the Academy programs and services through a series of networking forums, business meetings, and other events
- Manage and host visits to the Academy by external parties, visitors, and guests

***Driving Partnership Success and Industry Insights**
- Define a measurement of partnership outcomes and impact
- Collect, review, and analysis of partnership success data for agile modifications if applicable or useful insights that inform future program design and operations

***Operations Management**
- Manage the Academy’s budget for industry engagement which includes budget planning and accounts management to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies
- Lead the coordination with various functions within the Academy to plan and execute partner events and engagement activities
- Set up and manage our partner contacts and contracts database
- Analyze and report on event success

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or account management capacity within a professional services environment
- High level of written, communication, and presentation skills, preferably with public speaking experience
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and event organization skills
- Ability to negotiate and establish win-win trusted partnerships
- Ability to work independently as well as enjoys being part of a collaborative team
- Ability to navigate between customer centricity and process orientation
- Ability to be resourceful, especially in the face of uncertainty and change
- Ability to provide sufficient attention to detail while thinking strategically
