Job Title: Cluster Director of Sales

Conrad Centennial Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to hotel sales and marketing plans to ensure they accurately interpret and support the objectives of the business.
  • Establish account development plans on a yearly basis and maintain a comprehensive and updated account portfolio data.
  • Assist in drawing up Sales Activity Plans and submit weekly sales call reports and future week activity plans.
  • Develop target lists and action plans for account solicitation and prepare corporate rate contracts for the hotel.
  • Organize comprehensive information describing the range of products and services offered by the hotel and deliver this information through relevant sales resources and sales channels.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotel and the management company.
  • Contribute to relevant management meetings to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Review the sales activities of the team and ensure they are achieving the minimum number of activities per week.
  • Participate in industry events and represent the hotel at national and international specialist trade fairs and workshops.
  • Cooperate with other departments to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Director of Sales role with hotels.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in luxury or upper upscale hotel brands.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team to perform beyond expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
  • Excellent selling capabilities and ability to coach selling techniques to team members.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
