Job Description - Cluster Sales Executive - Corporate (Conrad Centennial Singapore & Conrad Singapore Orchard) (HOT0 AR78) Job Description Cluster Sales Executive - Corporate (Conrad Centennial Singapore & Conrad Singapore Orchard) ( Job Number: HOT0 AR78 ) Work Locations Work Locations : Conrad Centennial Singapore Two Temasek Boulevard Singapore 38982 Overview of Role A Cluster Sales Executive (Corporate) with Conrad Hotels and Resorts manages designated corporate accounts, to develop and solicit new business - driving total hotel revenue – rooms, catering and F&B outlets. What will I be doing? As Cluster Sales Executive, you analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the hotel. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: To ensure proper rate loading entry standards in On QPM Provide weekly submission of sales call plan and sales call activity report via Delphi.fdc Maintain a comprehensive and updated Account Development Plan based on portfolio assigned. Timely submission of corporate rate agreement and RFPs To keep up to date with market trends, market conditions and competitor developments and customer performance Address and resolves any issues or complaints from clients Attend hotel / departmental meetings and other scheduled meetings or hotel events to support business operations, such as daily morning briefings, Business Development meetings, lateral service, etc Conduct “Bring Back Old Business” and repeat calls to increase demand and overall revenue Submit sales activities on a weekly basis, achieving the minimum number of activities per week Work with Cluster Assistant Director of Sales to design and implement strategic business plans; identify emerging markets and market shifts Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience Any additional tasks assigned by the Cluster Director of Sales or Cluster Commercial Director The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. Good team player. Have hotel sales experience and hotel database. What benefits will I receive?
