We are seeking an experienced Cluster Retail Manager to lead our retail operations across multiple locations within our departmental stores. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and a creative approach to driving sales and enhancing store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Retail Strategies

Our successful Cluster Retail Manager will develop and implement effective retail strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability across all cluster locations.

Recruit, Train, and Mentor Store Managers and Staff

The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.

Monitor and Analyze Store Performance Metrics

The Cluster Retail Manager will monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective action plans.

Ensure an Exceptional Customer Experience

The successful candidate will ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of service, visual merchandising, and product presentation.

Oversee Inventory Levels and Stock Management

The Cluster Retail Manager will oversee inventory levels and stock management across the cluster, collaborating with supply chain teams to optimize product availability.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Competitor Activities

The ideal candidate will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform business strategies and product offerings.

Plan and Execute In-Store Promotions and Events

The successful Cluster Retail Manager will plan and execute in-store promotions and events to drive traffic and sales, collaborating with marketing teams as needed.

Prepare Regular Reports on Sales Performance and Operational Challenges

The ideal candidate will prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum
