Job Responsibilities

Skills and Expertise Required

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, identify opportunities for business growth, and actively participate in delivering professional engagements while ensuring client satisfaction.

Addressing challenges and escalations that bolster our reputation.

Ensure exceptional client experiences in all interactions. Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) & Customer Satisfaction survey results to ensure continuous improvement. Responsible for meeting client expectations and delivery outcomes post-agreement.

Client Consulting & Engagement Delivery: Support the client account strategy by understanding client needs and translating them into effective technical/business solutions that meet expected outcomes.

Provide innovative thought leadership that inspires clients to explore new business methodologies.

Leverage 2nd Watch best practices and technical solutions to benefit clients. Collaborate with teams of consultants and engineers to achieve client objectives aligned with 2nd Watch best practices. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more service offerings. Serve as a primary contact in client engagements to address issues and risks proactively. Utilize customer feedback and commercial milestones as success metrics.

Quality of Delivery: Ensure client engagements align with practice delivery frameworks and are managed with appropriate risk mitigation.

All engagements should adhere to the Practice Delivery Framework. Monitor NPS & Customer Satisfaction survey results for continuous improvement. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and budget, managing variances effectively. Manage client expectations and satisfaction by setting high-quality standards, maintaining productivity, and systematically achieving project goals.

Qualifications

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 - 7 years in a client-facing consulting role. Proven experience leading client-focused consulting, delivery, and/or service teams. Experience in cloud and application modernization consulting.
