At Ollion, we're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for building strategic client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and delivering professional engagements that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and supporting business growth opportunities.
  • Problem Resolution and Escalation: Proactively resolve client issues and escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Client Consulting and Delivery Engagement: Support client account and engagement strategy, developing an understanding of client needs and delivering technical/business solutions that achieve expected client outcomes.
  • Delivery Quality: Ensure client engagements are delivered in alignment with practice delivery frameworks and risk managed appropriately.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing consulting position.
  • Experience leading client-focused consulting, delivery, and/or servicing teams.
  • Cloud and application modernization consulting experience.
