Unlock Your Potential as a Cloud Solutions Architect

Microsoft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers achieve their digital transformation goals through successful adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Azure applications, with a focus on problem-solving to overcome technical barriers during migration and drive customer adoption.
  • Implement technical strategies for customer success, drive upskilling initiatives, and guide field teams in technical execution.
  • Contribute to the creation of intellectual property (IP) and provide end-to-end technical guidance and expertise to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative and deployment projects focusing on application migration and modernization to Azure cloud, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Master's of Terraform to provision infrastructure as code (IaC), infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operation excellence with regards to the Azure platform, and concepts related to networking and identity access management on the Azure platform.
