Job Description:

This is a full-time Admin Assistant role in an MOE Junior College. As an Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the VP and the AMs/AE and School Leaders (SLs) in the day-to-day activities of the college.

The role involves handling front office operations, managing incoming calls and correspondence, and maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.

">

In addition, you will be responsible for administrative support, including processing daily administrative tasks, maintaining accurate digital records using Microsoft Excel and relevant systems, and providing essential administrative and logistical assistance for school activities.

">

As an Admin Assistant, you will also support school leadership by undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by Administration Managers, Vice-Principals, and Principal.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Pleasant Personality, be willing to learn, and have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks using today's office technologies and computer applications.

">

You will also need to have GCE O-Levels or relevant administrative working experience, and be able to perform daily activities such as climbing stairs.
