**Role**:
This is a full-time, onsite, Admin Assistant Role in MOE Junior College. If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE, Teachers and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE JC (nearest MRT-Bukit Batok) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage reception duties
- Schedule appointments and manage school calendars.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports
- Assist in organising school events and activities
- Handle procurement tasks
- Liaise with teachers, students, and parents to address queries and concerns
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Support the admissions team during peak periods
- Any other duties assigned by VP(Admin) and the AMs /AE
**Job Requirements**:
Qualifications and experience
- GCE 'A' Level qualifications or equivalent or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in the use of Canva
**Summary**:
**Contract Period: 16 June 2025 to 15 June 2026**
**Working Hours**:
**Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break**
**Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break**
**Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays**
