COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.
DESIGNATION : Admin Receptionist
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Receptionist (30%)**
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- To assist with administrative role in answering calls, despatch documents to various department when requested, purchase stationery for office usage, consolidating staff claims etc
- Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
**Administrative (70%)**
- Handle all outbound/inbound customer billings and services information. Escalate to relevant stakeholders for follow-up actions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billings to customers
- To assist with the admin matters, and assist to check the billings in helping to guarantee company’s revenues and undertake other administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- N/O-level certificate / Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Table, Vlookup
- Sharp in spotting discrepancy and merticulous
- Able to work independently and in a systematic manner
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Comfortable in communicating to people
