**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet customers/visitors/guests
- Attend to their customers/visitors/guests’ request or queries
- Handle phone calls/direct calls to the other colleagues
- Booking of hotel, airlines tickets etc.
- Assist with handling of director’s calendars/scheduling of meeting etc.
- Handle office management (Ensure proper maintenance/tidiness of meeting rooms and facilities)
- Mail management and courier services
- Replenish pantry or office stationeries
- Work closely with other departments
- Other ad hoc duties
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or GCE ‘N’ level or NITEC, ITE in Office Administration or Diploma or Degree or any other relevant education etc.
- Minimum 2 years of Office Admin and Receptionist or Service Ambassador or Customer service or Flying/Airlines experience
- Highly organized, friendly, has good interpersonal and communication skills
