Singapore NAVIS MARINE SERVICES FZE Full time

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner

Mail responsibilities such as outgoing mails, sorting and distribution of incoming mails

Update calendars, schedule meetings and manage room bookings

Renew quarterly car season parking

Stock maintenance and monitor pantry and office supplies

Assist in with facilities management and office admin functions

Handle travel arrangements form booking of hotel accommodations, flight reservations to ground transportations.

**Requirements**:
Diploma holder or higher with minimum 2 years’ experience as bank receptionist/flight attendant/receptionist in MNC office

Excellent communication and interpersonal details

Able to come back during weekend for office maintenance works, if needed.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,235.45 per month
