Overview
MOE Kindergarten Teacher (with Signing Competencies) role at Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE).
Responsibilities
Plan, organise and deliver the curriculum and programmes, including the programme for children diagnosed with Hearing Loss (HL).
Support the development and implementation of teaching approaches and preparation of learning materials and resources.
Provide a conducive and positive learning environment.
Ensure children's well-being and safety.
Engage parents and education partners, such as early intervention providers and therapists.
Monitor and document children's learning and growth.
Qualifications
Proficient in signing, such as Singapore Sign Language, Signing Exact English etc.
Commitment to the development and well-being of children.
Dedication towards sparking curiosity and the joy of learning.
Energetic personality and the ability to engage children.
Effective communication skills and good team player.
Enthusiasm and creativity to nurture the next generation.
Strong in multi-tasking and organisational skills.
Eager to learn and upgrade skills through professional development opportunities.
