Requirements:

● Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field. Preference given to those with Human Resources or Business Administration background.

● Proactive approach to talent acquisition with a focus on results-driven outcomes.

● Excellent team spirit, persistent, good communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Dedicated, committed, and responsible individuals who are passionate about meeting people and building strong relationships.

● Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
