Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist
About this role
As a high-performing Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our clients across the Asia region. You will work closely with our specialist team to deliver exceptional recruitment services that meet and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Asian market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in executive search or recruitment is required.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify top talent in the financial services sector
  • Collaborating with senior consultants to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure seamless interview processes
  • Expanding professional networks through targeted outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships
Preferred attributes include:
  • CEI Certificate or equivalent
  • Background in asset & wealth management or fintech
