Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for vacant positions, utilizing a range of sources including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage with high-quality candidates, ensuring that our employer brand is consistently represented across all channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application through to onboarding, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any queries or issues that may arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and other digital tools used in recruitment marketing.
