We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the research of candidates' profiles via job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Place advertisements to attract top talent for internal teams, including initial selection, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Assist in team building, operations, and marketing efforts within the team.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and outcomes.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum A Levels, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Energetic, outgoing, positive, and bubbly personality
- Proactive and willing to take on challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
