We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill this Human Resource Executive role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent.
This includes creating and promoting an engaging employer brand to attract exceptional candidates, leveraging innovative strategies to identify and acquire top talent, and ensuring every candidate has a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent.
- Employer Branding: Create and promote an engaging employer brand to attract exceptional candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Leverage innovative strategies to identify and acquire top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to design effective recruitment strategies that meet market demands.
- Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to refine and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Higher: Minimum Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
