Objective:

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition processes that meet business requirements.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Preference given to Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • A proactive approach to talent acquisition with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
