Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Professional

As a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and acquiring top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in recruitment and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding new hires. Your responsibilities will include developing a diverse talent pool, recommending innovative sourcing channels, serving as an HR business partner, collaborating with vendors, and providing timely HR advice to staff and line managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Serve as an HR business partner to understand staffing needs and foster employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain and update job postings promptly.
  • Provide timely HR advice to staff and line managers on policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition and other HR functions.
  • Knowledge of local labour regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Team player with a positive mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
