Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and development.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Diploma/degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualification.
  • Certification: Possess an IHRP professional certification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the human resource function.
  • Skillset: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Personality Traits: Proactive, analytical, meticulous, and highly organized.
