Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive business growth and success.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates;
- Verify qualifications and references of potential employees;
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences;
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and HR, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong understanding of recruiting principles and practices, and be able to effectively navigate complex organizational dynamics.
