Role Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business needs and provide talent solutions.
  • Handle cross-border and cross-regional recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality hires.
  • Maintain and expand candidate pipelines through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent mapping to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws across different countries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (either in-house or agency side).
  • Experience in multinational/cross-regional recruitment.
  • Manufacturing industry background preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
