Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team in Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent for various functions, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering exceptional talent while providing an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in APAC. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to source candidates from various channels, including social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Implement effective pipeline management processes to ensure seamless candidate flow.
  • Ensure that all candidates receive excellent service throughout their application journey. Foster open communication, provide regular updates, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requisition processes, and interview guides. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
