Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist involves finding, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. This includes managing candidate sourcing, conducting screening calls, and coordinating interview arrangements.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences for new hires. You will also be responsible for supporting employer branding and recruitment campaigns, as well as maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

Additionally, you will assist in onboarding and pre-employment processes, use data tools to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness, and learn about headhunting, assessments, and hiring strategies. You will also support campus and early talent recruitment programs, playing an impactful role in building the future workforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
