Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for recruiting and talent management? Do you have experience in Human Resources and a keen eye for detail?

  • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, responsible for partnering with hiring managers on the recruitment process from sourcing to tracking candidate status.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  3. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  5. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international hotel chain or hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience as a recruitment consultant and HR experience in large multinational companies is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of local hiring practices, trends, employment laws, and labor market.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under tight timelines and handle multiple priorities at once.
