Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to source and attract high-quality candidates.

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system
  • Learn recruitment best practices and HR procedures

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Key qualifications include:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
