Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This part-time role involves identifying and attracting top talent for various positions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals. They will also be responsible for screening candidates, building relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, and staying up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates from diverse sources;
  • Assessing candidate skills and experience;
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Staying current on industry trends and developments;
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Talent Sourcer in an IT company;
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work independently;
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
