In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to attract and secure top-tier talent across key functions, including front office and corporate roles. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, while also contributing to strategic talent initiatives that elevate the firm's hiring outcomes globally. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate recruiter to join a high-performing team and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities- Managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Engaging directly with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on best-in-class hiring strategies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with external recruitment partners, driving employer branding through campus outreach, and supporting data-driven hiring decisions by staying abreast of compensation trends and market intelligence.
- Degree qualified with at least 5 years of recruitment experience within financial services.
- Strong grasp of the competitive talent landscape and proven ability to manage offer negotiations and compensation discussions.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments, operates with agility, and demonstrates strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
