Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates
  • Providing recommendations to hiring managers on candidate suitability and fit
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to source, screen, recruit, and recommend strong candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
